The word Loma is from 600 BC-400 AD, the Ayurvedic Time Period. This refers to a balance between mind, body, soul, spirit and health. Simply speaking, in the Ayurvedic Language Loma means HAIR!

What is LomaTherapy?

This is a word used to refer to the fragrances Loma uses. When you smell the Essential Oils, Natural Aromatic Ingredients & Aromatic Botanical Extracts, you'll experience a sense of calm.

Where can I buy Loma?

What makes Loma different?

Quality in warehousing: Loma raw materials, formulas, bottles and caps are all handled with care by the in-house team in Monroe, Washington. Loma has a state-of-the art facility and creates in small batches so you know what you’re getting is as good as it should be.
Hand-crafted manufacturing: the quality of the formula is directly impacted by the quality of the ingredients. Loma uses only the highest quality of raw materials, guaranteeing the quality of everything that comes out of the Loma facility.

Can I make a return?

If you need to return a product to Loma, please contact Customer Care at (866) 306-7436 or email for the appropriate return procedure. Returns are accepted on saleable, unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase with the original packing slip or invoice.

What are Loma's Shipping rates?

A flat shipping rate will apply to all orders under our shipping threshold. Any orders over our shipping threshold will receive free shipping. Prior to checkout, each order confirmation page displays product availability and order total based on location.

Does Loma contain Phthalates?

No! Loma is proud to say that all products are phthalate-free and have been for a while.

Does Loma contain MCI?

No! All Loma products are free of MCI (methylchloroisothiazolinone), a commonly used preservative. Loma refuses to expose you and your family to this chemical allergen.

Does Loma test on animals?

Absolutely never. Though Loma products are non-toxic and made of the safest ingredients possible, Loma does not test on animals. Loma is certified by PETA as cruelty-free and is vegan-friendly. This means that all except two of products are entirely vegan and contain no animal bi-products. The only items that are not vegan are Fiber Putty and Forming Paste, which have a small amount of safely obtained beeswax.

Why is there so much more in the ingredient list than there used to be?

Loma has become EU compliant over the last several years. That means Loma adheres to the strictest regulations, not just regulations provided by North America. It’s important to create non-harmful products, especially with continued research on the ingredients that go on our bodies. As the regulations change and new information is available, Loma will remain compliant to remain safe for you, your family and the environment.
